Ruse is a super-heroine character for a RPG called Mutants and Masterminds. She's a projective-only telepath (which means she can put things in your mind, but can't take anything out) and a telekentic. She uses her abilitys to create illusions. Very good at stealth, distractions, decoys, and infiltration, she's not the best in a straight-forward fight. Which is why it's good that she's a team-player.
